HUATEC HDL-450 NDT Constant Temperature Film Washer

I. working principle:

According to the principle of automatic film washer, the developer and fixer are stirred (circulated) to the set temperature. Will be installed X-ray film wash piece into the washing machine is developed grooves, the washing machine automatic timing, to set a time (time setting range: 1-6 minutes) after the buzzer warning sound, working people can wash piece frame from developing slot (stop warning buzzer sounds) into the into the stop show slot (water tank) directly into 1-5 seconds into the fixing bath immediately, 1-1.5 times the fixing time is developing, the last film to be included in the water tank, water tank is developing with the time 1-1.5 times. Ii. Functional features

1. Automatic timing of development: when a film washing frame is put into the development tank, the machine will automatically start timing. After reaching the set time, the user will be reminded that the development time has reached (buzzer sound).

2. Deli dl-450 is equipped with a film viewing light and a dark room red light, which provides convenience for film detection after film washing and greatly improves the working efficiency
